luky101 Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the luky101 website, downloading the luky101 app or registering an account, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the platform.

These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and luky101. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms take precedence unless stated otherwise.

luky101 reserves the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after a change has been posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend checking this page periodically so you are always aware of the current version.

2. Eligibility

The luky101 platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to register, deposit, play or withdraw on luky101. By completing registration you confirm that:

If you are unable to verify your age satisfactorily, access to your account and any pending withdrawals may be suspended until the verification is complete or, in cases of confirmed underage access, permanently closed with applicable balances withheld.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one luky101 account only. Registering multiple accounts – whether under your own name, a variation of it or any other identity – is a breach of these Terms and may result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and any balances being forfeited.

3.1 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when registering. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact number and payment account details. luky101 uses this information to process deposits, pay out withdrawals and conduct identity verification where required. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. All activity that takes place under your account credentials is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact luky101 support immediately. luky101 is not liable for losses arising from your failure to keep credentials secure.

3.3 Account Verification

luky101 may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing a withdrawal or as part of a routine compliance check. Acceptable documents typically include a valid CNIC or other government-issued photo ID. Failure to provide documentation within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

4. Deposits & Payments

All deposits on luky101 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods for deposits:

• JazzCash – mobile wallet deposits, typically reflected within a few minutes.
• Easypaisa – mobile wallet deposits via the Easypaisa app or over-the-counter.
• Raast – instant bank-to-bank transfers through Pakistan's Raast payment system.
• Bank Transfer – standard inter-bank transfers to luky101's designated account.
• Debit/Credit Cards and Mobile Wallets – where available for your account.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and may vary by payment method. These limits are displayed at the time of deposit. luky101 does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits – where someone else funds your luky101 account – are not permitted and may trigger a compliance review. Any balance deposited via a third-party account may be held pending investigation.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are paid in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible. This policy helps protect against fraud and ensures funds are returned to their verified source.

5.1 Processing Times

Standard withdrawal requests are reviewed within 24 hours. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals typically complete within a few hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank. VIP members at Gold tier and above receive priority processing, which reduces the standard review window significantly.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

To submit a withdrawal request your account must:

• Be fully verified (KYC complete where requested).
• Have no pending bonus wagering requirements that restrict the requested amount.
• Have a balance that meets the minimum withdrawal threshold for your chosen method.
• Not be under investigation or subject to a temporary hold for compliance reasons.

luky101 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal it considers unusual in size or pattern. This is a standard fraud prevention measure and does not imply wrongdoing on the part of the player.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

luky101 offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the promotion is active. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the wagering requirement) before they or any winnings generated from them can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on bonus funds only, not on your cash deposit, unless explicitly stated.
• Only real-money bets contribute to wagering requirements. Bets placed with bonus funds count at the game's stated contribution rate, which varies by game category.
• luky101 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it is claimed, and to cancel a bonus post-claim if there is evidence of abuse.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash prior to the wagering requirement being met.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotional terms explicitly allow otherwise.

6.1 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome offer more than once, placing opposing bets across accounts to neutralise risk while clearing wagering requirements, and using automated or scripted play to satisfy wagering conditions. luky101 actively monitors for these patterns. Where bonus abuse is identified, all associated bonuses and derived winnings will be voided and the account(s) involved may be permanently closed.

7. Games & Fair Play

All games available on luky101 – including Live Casino, Fish Games, Bingo, Slots and the Game Lobby – operate using certified random number generators or live dealer mechanics provided by our game suppliers. Game outcomes are independent of previous results and cannot be influenced by the player, the platform or any third party.

In the unlikely event of a game malfunction, technical error or disconnection during a game round, the affected round may be declared void. Any stakes placed in a voided round will be returned to your account. luky101 is not liable for winnings or losses arising from a game that has been voided due to a technical fault.

If you experience a disconnection during a Live Casino session or a Bingo round, the game will continue according to its normal rules. Re-connecting is your responsibility and luky101 is not liable for any outcomes that occur while you are disconnected.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on luky101 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Registering more than one account.
• Providing false identity or age information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud or any other illegal financial activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other non-human method to interact with games or the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown error will be voided.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in Bingo or Live Casino formats.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour toward other players or luky101 staff via chat functions or any other communication channel on the platform.
• Attempting to charge back a deposit through your payment provider after using the funds to play games.

9. VIP Programme

The luky101 VIP programme runs across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. VIP status is earned through regular real-money play across any game category on the platform. The programme is open to all registered, verified adult players and does not require a separate application.

Each tier carries its own set of benefits. These include but are not limited to: enhanced cashback rates on losses, priority withdrawal processing from Gold tier upward, bonus card credits for Jackpot Bingo, and early access to PSL event rooms for Platinum and Diamond members. luky101 reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds, tier benefits or the structure of the VIP programme at any time. Tier status is not guaranteed in perpetuity and may be subject to activity requirements to maintain. Players will be notified of material changes to the programme.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the luky101 platform – including the website design, logo, graphics, game interfaces, text, promotional materials and software – is the intellectual property of luky101 or its licensed suppliers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish or create derivative works from any luky101 content without prior written permission.

Your account grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to commercial use, reverse engineering of software, or any activity that violates these Terms.

11. Privacy

luky101 collects and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on luky101 you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other matter where exclusion of liability is not permitted by law. Our total liability to you in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the incident.

14. Changes to Terms

luky101 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
